Delia Donahue is an experienced attorney specializing in real estate finance transactions, warehouse lines, and repurchase facilities, representing both borrowers and lenders in complex commercial real estate deals. Her practice focuses on acquisition financing, refinancings, mezzanine loans, and credit facilities for mortgage originators.
After 24 years at an AmLaw 100 firm, where she served as managing partner of the Princeton, New Jersey office, Delia now focuses on closing deals for her clients. She brings a pragmatic, business-focused approach to every transaction, working collaboratively to anticipate issues and drive deals to closing.
Delia joins Jon Hornik and Peter Kelegian as part of the Private Lender Law high-touch deal team, where she provides responsive, partner-level attention to every client matter.
Education & Admissions
Delia graduated from Washington & Lee University in 1998 and earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2001. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
