The purchase continues the esteemed private lending legal firm’s expansion

MARLBORO, NJ, October 11, 2022 – Jonathan L. Hornik, Esq. and Private Lender Law (privatelenderlaw.com) today announced plans to relocate its headquarters to Marlboro, New Jersey in December 2022, after purchasing new headquarters in the township.

The firm, currently based in Freehold, New Jersey, with another office located at 40 Wall Street, New York, New York, has acquired a 20,000-square-foot office building located at 475 Rt. 520 in Marlboro. The two-story building, of which Private Lender Law will occupy 10,000 square feet, was constructed in 1988 and previously housed the Marlboro Medical Annex. In 2019, SFC Enterprises purchased the building and entirely renovated it before selling an interest to Private Lender Law.

According to Private Lender Law founder Jonathan Hornik, Chair, Private Lender Group, LaRocca Hornik Rosen & Greenberg, the building purchase and relocation of the firm will help position the company as the most trusted name in its sector.
