Nelson Diaz’s accomplished experience in the area of Debtor/Creditor law has been an invaluable asset to Private Lender Law. Since 1992, Nelson has both high-volume firm and smaller boutique large-volume experience representing lenders in all phases of foreclosure, bankruptcy and eviction matters. Nelson also takes pride in his ability to serve as a mentor to younger attorneys—instilling in them the importance of maintaining professional integrity in their practice of law. Nelson earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a law degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden.
