US Supreme Court Vacates CDC Eviction Moratorium

Thursday’s crucial ruling will have massive implications on the renters’ market. Essentially, the U.S. Supreme Court has lifted the Biden Administration/CDC’s Eviction Moratorium. So, what does this mean for renters? Aside from CA, IL, MN, NJ, NM, NY, WA, and the District of Columbia that have their own eviction moratoria in place, other states can no longer use the pandemic for protection.
